PROGRAM CHANGE
Elvira has changed the order of the weekends and will in April offer the Hevajra weekend to give the chance to prepare for the Hevajra Drubchen in July with His Holiness.
We are happy that Elvira Glück will lead two weekend retreats, where she will practice with us the Hevajra/Nairatmya Sadhana. Up to now the Hevajra/Nairatmya practice group has met only online for single sessions under the guidance of Elvira Glück.
Authorized by His Holiness we will now intensify the practice and will meet at weekends in person in the Milarepa center, where according to His Holiness the Hevajra/Nairatmya practice of the Marpa-Ngok tradition is rooted.
For one weekend we will practice Hevajra. Some sessions will be practiced together as a group and some will be done individually in our separate rooms so we will become more familiar with solitary practice. Practice sessions will be supplemented with periods of explanation and Q&A. It will be possible to participate on Zoom, also for single sessions.
We will practice the Middle Length Daily Sadhana as we do in the practice group, and include torma offerings and tsog in some of the group practice sessions.
Beginners are also welcomed.
Hevajra/Nairatmya empowerment is required.
A Nairatmya weekend retreat will take place November 3-5, 2023.
